BECOMING A TFNU BOARD MEMBER
As a 501C(3) Non-profit organization, we are currently on the lookout for passionate and qualified people to join our TFNU Board of Directors. Our Board is an integral part of our organization and their help and input is invaluable.
We proudly partner with Weber County and Recreation, Ogden City, Weber County, United States Forest Service and many other local organizations and municipalities to ensure that trails continue to be a large part of the community.
Do you have experience in any of the following: fundraising, film production, art, volunteer/event management, marketing, education, strategic planning and of course trail maintenance/ building?
Do you love your community and what trail access provides?
EXPECTATIONS FOR TFNU BOARD MEMBERS
Attend and actively participate in monthly Board Meetings
Maintain annual TFNU Membership
Participate in events and activities of TFNU
Assist the staff when needed
Serve on at least one TFNU committee
TFNU Mission Statement
The mission of Trails Foundation is to plan, promote, preserve, protect, construct, and maintain a network of public pathways, trails, and related open spaces for non-motorized users throughout Northern Utah as well as to educate, advocate and raise awareness of trails.
TFNU Vision Statement
Trails Foundation Northern Utah builds trails that create a culture where all have places to walk, run and ride as they enjoy nature and connect with their neighbors in Northern Utah.
